Wulp, only a matter of days before we descend upon Baltimore to watch Meeeeeeeelan versus Chelski. No Pato, Pirlo or Ballack, or so we hear. But judging from the rest of the World Football Challenge matches, we expect to see lots of Frankie Lampard and Ronaldinho.
After the hop, we’ve got details on our tailgating and post-match exploits. If you are going to be at the game, stop on by!
Thanks to only getting our parking pass last minute (I know, I know… but I can’t do everything right), the UF tailgating will be taking place in Lot H….
The parking lots open at 4pm, when we expect to arrive. We’ll try to set up our HQ in the northwest corner of Lot H. How will you find us? Look for the Unprofessional Foul banner. We’ll also be on the Twitter with updates. Trust us, we shouldn’t be too hard to find. (Match starts at 8pm fyi.)
During the game, our motley crew will be sitting in Section 134 (PDF), in the Milan supporters section around 30 rows behind the Milan bench. After the match, we’ll be heading to Pickles Pub, which is just north of Camden Yards at 520 Washington Blvd.
That should about the sum of it…. We’ll see you in Baltimore!!
(And for those commentors who are coming with us, keep your eye out today for an email from yours truly.)

Oh f**k me sideways I didn’t even think about getting a parking pass.
Section H looks to be right about in the worst part of B-more….Please be fully armed, UF contingent.
/still pissed that I can’t make it
UF Foul Up: Will we make it out alive?
@Georger: I’ll send you an email today.
@Nathanial: Really? It’s underneath a highway overpass. I figure we’ll be penned in much like the beginning of Scarface.

Site note: Yes we know the banner doesn’t take you to the homepage when you click it in Firefox or Safari. It works in IE, so why don’t you just join the flock. We’re working on getting it fixed but probably won’t happen quickly given this weekend’s activities.
Omar comin! Omar comin, yall! Unfortunately, I am not.
Have fun UFers.
Having parked there several times for O’s games, I assure you, Lot H is NOT the worst part of Baltimore. Not even close. (Two blocks East is kind of bad though.) You guys won’t have to worry too much. Just don’t get lost driving out.
Well there are still spots in the garage, but it doesn’t open until five.
Don’t worry – I’m bringing my flamethrower.
I think most of us will be parking at the hotel and walking down, although we’ll play by ear I guess.
seriously, I’m taking a kegbus from DC to Bmore with teammates from adult leagues in the city. Have 4 spots open… let me know your thoughts…
Yinka
Spoiler Alert! My wife hasn’t seen Season 5 yet.
I learned of said spoiler before class one day in Property Law. My professor was talking about it and I just lost my s**t, as I didn’t have HBO at the time. I’d like to think that’s why I did poorly in that class, it’s the romantic in me.
Every man gotta have a code.
You UFers have a good trip and a fun time. I’ll look for you on the TV.
oyeyoro: where will you be parking once you get into Baltimore? Most of us are flying in or driving in way earlier that day from points north and west.
Email us!
just to let you guys know, pickles is a very douchy fratesque bar. seriously, its horrible.
Thanks aggro. We’re going to roll the dice… We’ve got a big group and the Orioles are out of town. And the bar is within walking distance. If it sucks, we can always mass decamp for another location.
baltimore is away to boston that night, big rivalry game. might be busy. your best best is to hit up fells point or the harbor area.
this sounds fun lol
Eh that Orioles game Friday has a good shot of getting rained out, plus it will be over long before our game is so hopefully some people will clear out.
I’m assuming this game is all weather except for lightning strikes?
I’m guessing we’ll pub crawl at some point, love me a good pub crawl. Where’s McNulty’s local?
