Dirty Sleep Walker

Savage Sleeps In the Fridge to Avoid the Trains
Savage sleeps in the fridge to avoid the trains

One of footballs dirtiest players has revealed that he has a bit of a problem sleeping, in fact his condition once led him to sleep in a fridge. Robbie Savage is a sleepwalker, he can add that tag to others he has collected over the years, diving cheat, loud mouth and dirty player.

The Derby player once dragged team mate Graham Fenton out of bed while sleepwalking, believing that the hotel was going to be hit by a train. Footballers all over the country will all now collectively let out a giant ‘ahhhhhhhhh’ as Savage’s on field behaviour is suddenly explained.

Said Savage: “I do some mad sleepwalking. I’ve always done it. I tried to sleep in the fridge once and it wasn’t very comfortable.”

The controversial midfielder has made a habit of making the headlines including ‘poo gate’, when Savage was famously fined 10,000 quid by the FA for using the referees bathroom before a game. Leicester also fined the player 2 weeks wages. Over the years Savage has succesfully enticed opponents into hitting him and getting themselves sent off. Dion Dublin once head butted the midfielder during a Birmingham derby. Amazingly enough, Savage has only ever been sent off twice!

I’m kind of worried that I knew exactly who that was just by looking at the picture, without noticing the caption or jersey.

  • Bigus Dickus says:

    It’s a famous moment….So don’t be worried.
