Right now, NOW! The England ladies are playing against the German ladies in the final of the European Championships. It’s a tournament thats been riding under the radar, well, er because its the ladies…Sorry ladies but its true.

We have joined this one late as quite frankly it took me 30 mins to decide whether I should bother. Now that I have, I am glad I did. The game is heading towards half-time and it’s currently 2-1 to the Germans, England just scored to pull one back from a Karen Carney tap in after good work wide from Kelly Smith. Germans went ahead from Birgit Prinz and Melanie Behringer.
