The Argentines love their beef, and it appears that Martin Palermo ingests far more steer (with that glorious chimichurri sauce) than anyone else in the nation. Over the weekend, he showed just what all that protein can do for a man:

Granted, the goalie was so far out of position that he couldn’t have attempted a save, but let’s not detract from the strength and power needed, not to mention the accuracy (just ask Peter Crouch about how difficult headers are), in order to get it that far successfully.
The late goal proved the difference in a 3-2 win for his side Boca Juniors over Velez Sarsfield, and was also his 200th for the club.
Nicely done, Martin. If only you could take penalties with your head in the future…

The real story here is that he should be suspended six games for taking his shirt off.
