- Utah Jazz players Mehmet Okur and Andrei Kirilenko flank Chicago Bulls reigning Rookie of the Year Derrick Rose at Stamford, and those comely lasses are cheerleaders for the respective squads. Obviously.
This Tuesday the Chicago Bulls and Utah Jazz will play an exhibition preseason game in the O2 Arena in London. This past weekend some players from the teams took in Premier League matches. Derrick Rose of the Bulls, and Mehmet Okur and Andrei Kirilenko watched on as Chelsea went top of the table with a 2-0 victory over Liverpool at Stamford Bridge. A few Bulls players (although reports are unclear which ones) attended the Blackberryburn cutting event at Emirates.
Not all NBA players were thrilled with soccer, however. Bulls Jazz rookie Eric Maynor said of the matches “I caught it on TV for a second and I fell asleep.” It’s not for everyone.

It may seem incredible, but the same thing happens when the NBA comes on my TV.
The girl on the far left looks about 12. Is she four feet tall?
Mehmet Okur is 6′11″ so she probably looks smaller than she really is, but she still looks rather short. I’m guessing 4′10″ range.
Moderaly refreshing to open this post and not find a “yes, no, yes…” post.
Having said that, the Jazz hire MUCH better than the Bulls.
