I was also throwing up but the real scary part was the look of concern on my medical team’s faces. The doctor informed me I may never play football again. It was devastating news as football has always been my life.”- Jimmy McNulty.
After two operations, the kidney was removed and McNulty started his recovery. Last Saturday was his second game back after last Tuesday’s appearance in the win over Gillingham. Welcome back Jimmy, I’m glad this McNulty story has a happy ending.
