Maybe that adds up to the 15-20 mil range. But considering they barely spent last season while gaining promotion, they shouldn't have lost 10 mil last year. It isn't like they went out and spent big money on players and drove up their wage bill. And shouldn't be 23 mil in debt this year. Are they a team with a heavy debt or something?
