And We’re Out…

He's Signaling for a Change to the 4-5-2

We’ll conclude our weekday activities with this bit of tid from the “Couldn’t Possibly Make This Up” department.

Hitler was a football coach. And a damn fine one I bet.

According to some survey or something 5% of British kids think Adolph Hitler was a German football manager. Of course it’s the Sun, so they bury the lede: specifically that 5% also think the Holocaust was a celebration at the end of the war. Worse, 1-in-6 think Auschwitz is a theme park.

Just don’t take the “Shower” ride after you get in the park kids, and everything will be fine.

Join us for some chatty goodness of EPL football in tomorrow’s bootroom. It’ll be a good warm-up for Sunday’s United v. Spartak London dust up. If you need something to hold you over until the a.m., watch our new favorite footballer on an endless loop.

Once you get around the Maginot Line, the 4-5-2 becomes available. It’s like a war Easter Egg.

If Hitler were a football manager all press conferences would be exactly like this, only with better grammar: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bqp64q7kHmw

There’s a definite resemblance to the ranting style.
