this was well written, to the point. The ManU referee blame game is just getting way out of control. Every misstep by the red devils is attributed to some great injustice or referee conspiracy or what not…does SAF and crew really think, I mean really think that they are completely incapable of losing, or underperforming?? Come On man, how exactly do these people view themselves? certainly not as mortals.

It *was* a pretty questionable call, but for a ManU player, especially a reckless hack like Fletcher, to insinuate that another manager’s complaints influenced that call, is flatly disingenuous. If Darren Fletcher wishes to know why he doesn’t receive the benefit of the doubt in this particular situation, he needs to watch some tape of Darren Fletcher. And it’s not as if Wenger’s complaints are even in the same class as SAF’s myopic rants; Wenger, at least in that instance, was right. ManU’s defensive tactics, especially in the midfield, have been Birmingham-esque this season.
