Jamie O’Hara’s loan from Spurs to Pompey will be extended until the end of the season. The deal had been in doubt as Portsmouth are currently embargoed from making any signings by the FA as they owe money for previous players.
The club are currently in the middle of a financial crisis and haven’t paid the players wages for December. Chairman, Peter Storrie has claimed the money will be paid this Wednesday.
Meanwhile it was thought the south coast club were keen to sell midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng this month to help pay the wopping tax bill due on February 10th. The Premier League today confirmed that this won’t be possible as FIFA rules state that one player cannot player for more than two clubs in one single season. Boateng has already played for Spurs as well as Portsmouth this term. Boateng could actually walk on a free along with the entire squad if Portsmouth fail to pay the wages within 14 days. The mess gets messier.

Could KPB come back to play for Spurs, or does that still violate the rule? Not that ‘Arry would play him, and the lad is a red card waiting to happen, but given the choice between him and Jenas, I might rather have KPB.
Yes he could I believe. He’ll cost you 4 mil though. Still want him?
