UF Quick Throw: Mandaric Charged With Tax Fraud

Leicester City chairman and former Portsmouth supremo, Milan Manadric has been charged today with tax fraud. The charge relates to 295,000 UK pounds that Mandaric is alleged to have moved to another party via an off-shore bank account.

“Following a thorough investigation by HM Revenue and Customs and the City of London Police, the CPS decided there was sufficient evidence and it was in the public interest to charge Mr Mandaric.” – Crown Prosecution Service

Mandaric will appear in court to answer the charges on February the 11th, one day after representatives of  his former club, Portsmouth, appear in court to face a winding up order for not paying their taxes.
