Suspected Diver Actually Dying

Eduardo's not having a heart attack, he's diving.

Diving is the scourge of soccer and needs to be reigned in, but it can be quite difficult for referees to differentiate actual fouls from dives at full speed and without the benefit of replay.  However, it is probably pretty easy to spot a diver if he falls to the ground without any person around him or any contact.

Unless, that is, the player happens to be having a massive heart attack on the pitch.  Then it might not be a dive although it would look like one.  Just so happens that this happened to the poor referee in Mladost FC v. Hrvatski Sokola game in Croatia when he booked Goran Tunjic for diving

Tunjic, a 32-year-old defender for Mladost, collapsed in the 35th minute prompting the referee to issue a yellow card.  The referee quickly realized there was a bigger issue occurring at that time and beckoned the medical staff.  Unfortunately, they were unable to revive Mr. Tunjic.
