And you thought he was only suspended?

Well, he was. Now he is full-on fired. From the wire “‘Carlos Queiroz’s contract is settled (ended) with immediate effect,’ Gilberto Madail, president of the FPF, told a news conference.”

Portugal sits fourth in it Euro qualification group ahead of Iceland and behind Cyrpus. They have a single point after two matches.
