The Aussie chick who got in trouble after a 13-year-old found risque pics on her facebook page has apologized.
Said Lisa De Vanna: “I understand that as a professional athlete, I have a duty to be a positive role model for children, women and all of our fans and I regret that my actions may have offended anyone.”
Strange that she didn’t single out ‘men’ in the people whom she as a professional athlete is a role model to. Guess she is leaving that to the men of the English national team (Rooney, Crouch, Terry, etc.).
Anyway, De Vanna added, “I will work hard to ensure this does not happen again.”
Really? Work hard? How hard is it to not be naked in front of a camera? And if that somehow keeps happening, how hard is it to not take those pics off the memory card, put them on your computer then upload them to a website that half the world has a page on?
We’re confused.
