I never thought we’d get back to either Heath Pearce or Brek Shea quite this soon. It was just 10 days ago where we were looking at Shea’s horrible tackle and Pearce’s mustache. What could they possibly do to bring us back?
This, I guess. In what seems to be a one-sided twitter war, Pearce has taken firm aim at Shea and his Texas upbringing in a series of appropriated photos. Of course, it’s the captions that make them, and those are reproduced with every pic (consider all captions sic’d).

Well, this may be going too far. Not sure post-hurricane pics are the best way to go. However, if you are going this far, showing someone floating on a door also carrying a ton of beer is the way to go.

Oops. Looks like Shea doesn’t have a twitter. A cursory search of those who Pearce follows reveals no one who fits the profile there either. So to what end is Pearce doing this? Just fun, I guess. I mean, this is a guy who decided that 70s Burt Reynolds is a current and appropriate look. To that we say “Huzzah!” We do, however, wonder if it’s too easy of a target. I mean, the kid does this to himself:

As a CS native (yes, corky. I had to grow up there.), this is absolutely hilarious. My place being on the south side of town (or it was when we moved in, now its more central), I resent that hurricane picture, plus Brek was from the north side.
Still funny to laugh at.

@Hannibal. Are Brek’s parents professors? I asked my parents, but neither one knew. Mom wasn’t up on the latest CS happenings. I think I’m too old for my parents to know -I’m 15 years older than Brek.
