DO NOT WANT
File under: least surprising headline ever.
Have these two so much as sniffed playing time under the Eastlands Galacticos policy? I’m pretty such that Wayne Bridge is only there out of sympathy following the John Terry/Vanessa Perroncel maelstrom. Now, it’s clear that the goodwill has worn off, and Mancini is finally going to cut the vestigial cords that have kept them tied to a team that doesn’t need them.
I’m sure it’s a decision made because the pair simply aren’t good enough to play for this XI any more. Well, that and the fact that the two pocket £150,000 a week—seriously, someone actually gave Wayne Bridge a £90k/wk deal that still has 2 1/2 years left to run.
And so, we prepare to bid adieu to two of the most expendable players since Ali Dia and Sean Dundee.

But SWP is Three Lions player–how could they? I kid, I kid/waiting for Ryan to begin throwing things
so that means SWP is only making 60K/week? Remember when he was the second coming of something…
Also, I can break this video out again:

Also, pretty confident of Mancini to assume he’ll be around to sell them in January isn’t it?
Whiz, thats one of those where you remember why you love this godforsaken game so much. I got goosebumps, then almost tears as it took me back to not that long ago when I’d been in that same spot, down heavily but fighting back to get a result. The sheer emotion in there is unbelievable.
@Han – I watched that game live because I, literally, had nothing better to do. After it was over I immediately called some friends and told them to catch the replay. Jon Macken – didn’t know who he was then, what ever happened to him?
@whiz – but remember HOW SWP got his pay raise. Embarassing!
In more City news, here’s a quote from Adebayor. “”If I have to have arguments with all my team-mates every single weekend in order to help us win the game, I will be doing exactly that and I would want the same in return,” he said. ”
Wooo, team chemistry.
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ANFIELD
I honestly think Bridge was headed your way in August if he hadn’t hurt his foot.
