One of my best friends and teammates in college was named Brooks. Being poor in college, we often ate canned foods. One of the foods that Brooks enjoyed was Brooks Beans. We would have cans of the sh*t in our apartment all the time. We stopped calling him Brooks and started calling him Beans. Give ‘em Beans, indeed.
