My favorite bit so far was the story (dunno if true or not) that multiple voting members, who did not know that round by round totals would be released, lied to England and Australia about voting for those countries. In both cases, at least three voting members (not necessarily the same three) called and commiserated with bid heads while saying they had voted for the (ENG or AUS) bid. As we know, actual vote totals were ENG-2, AUS-1.
