Rabona! Sweet Goal from Chile

Matias Urbano

Urbano leaves the keeper dumbfounded.

Here’s a sick goal from Chile’s weekend league action. Argentina’s Matías “Pescadito” Urbano nails a “rabona” to level the score for Unión San Felipe against Unión La Calera. La Calera was in first place at the time.

I honestly don’t know what the English word for rabona is, but it’s a cheeky shot where you cross your shooting leg behind your support leg and basically toe tap the ball. Except Urbano did that from just inside the box and slotted it into the bottom right corner of the goal. Thrilling stuff.

Urbano is the leading goal scorer in Chile right now, though there’s only been two matches played so far.

  7. i found this NSFWish video while searching for a replacement rabona video. It is a “Stripper Dancing with the Pseudo Stars” type show featuring Larissa Riquelme in a thong, cut-out one piece “dancing” around.

@TFA: I suppose you could describe that Larissa Riquelme video as a “ra-BONER, amirite?

    /Exits, stage right

  9. @mmdr: I started with a rabona joke that was similar in concept but deleted it before submitting. I am glad you did not do the same.

  10. Mario Balotelli finds this excessive
